I would like to suggest a feature that would allow partners to either accept or reject a booking. Ideally like what Airbnb does where a customer makes a booking and it up to the car partners to accept or reject. The partners would receive an email and a message in their dashboard. The partner is given a time frame(6hrs/12) to either accept/decline if not the booking is automatically canceled
