HotelsCombined and Booking.com are not accepting new affiliates. Trip.com is one alternative. The ability to add your own.

Well noted with many thanks. 
Could you share more information about "not accepting new affiliates".
At this moment, I don't find that information about Booking.com

I still can register normally as the photo attached
HotelsCombined has closed due to Coronavirus and changed to Kayak system. We will consider this system later

Could you consider TravelPayout for Flight and Hotel affiliates? 
Regarding trip.com, Our development team will look into it. If match our plans, we will update it.
