I agree with you Paul. Plus, can you allow us to brand this page with our own logos? Additionally allow users to customise the package benefits to suit their context. You allow it in the member page but not in the dashboard, so customers see one thing on the page and when the custom email comes, it shows something different. Finally, is it possible to have different pricing for the packages such that if one offers hotels, rentals and tours, they can have, say, three packages but a different price depending on the service you choose (hotels, tours etc). E.g. My premium package could charge $60 for a hotel and $20 for a tour etc.
