Diferent Minimun Stay

I would like to be able to add a minimun stay of 7 nights in high season, (from June until August), low season I would like to add minimun stay of 3 nights. People can rent in February his holidays for August.

No. of Guests price

Many rental hosts calculate price based on No. of guest. It is important to have this kind of option for rentals (any other rental markets already have this kind of price calculation)
